This year, we’re elevating the Parade in several ways to help you reach more qualified buyers, Realtors, and community members than ever before.
Realtor Ambassadors: Extra Promotion for Every Participating Builder
A select team of 12 Realtor Ambassadors will actively promote participating builders and homes from January through the Parade.
They will:
• Create engaging social media and video content featuring Parade homes
• Share updates and highlights with their Realtor networks
• Encourage agents and the public to tour homes in person
Their expanded reach means more visibility—and more foot traffic—for your homes.
Realtor Day: A Builder Exposure Boost
Ambassadors will help drive turnout for Realtor Day, a dedicated event designed to put your homes directly in front of local agents.
Realtor Day includes:
• Tour buses visiting Parade homes across the area
• Giveaways, contests, swag, and photo opportunities
• A high-energy environment designed to generate excitement and referrals
This built-in promotional push gives participating builders meaningful exposure to one of the most influential audiences in the home-buying process.
What’s New for 2026
Unified Media Platform by E & M Consulting
For the first time, E & M Consulting will produce the official Parade magazine, mobile app, and website—streamlining promotion and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for visitors and participants.
